Handcrafted furniture, whether Arts & Craft, Shaker, or Mission style should be aesthetically pleasing, functional, comfortable, and durable. Working with a small, tightly knit team of craftsmen in the hills of Vermont, we craft wood furniture with hand joinery in our studio. We prefer to combine cherry, birdseye maple, and curly maple with accents of ebony and walnut, taking care that every bed, dining table, dresser, chair, and desk reveals the timeless beauty inherent in the woodgrain.
We take pride in our transitional designs which have a reverence for traditional joinery, an eye for innovation, and a very slight touch of contemporary style.
We make fine furniture, not for the mass market, but for discerning people who know the difference between handmade and production furniture. The pictures you see here are portraits of our home furniture. Each limited production and custom piece is signed, numbered, dated, and guaranteed for life. We hope you will enjoy our furniture like a favorite painting that will provide pleasure for generations.
